We’re happy you found us! Our mission at EGNE is to promote the art of vitreous enameling to practicing artists as well as the general public throughout the northeast region of the USA.
There has been a resurgence of interest in enameling in recent years, due mostly to the wonderful exhibitions held by organizations and guilds throughout the country and the publicity they generate. Exhibitions have proven to be an excellent way to educate the public and thus attract new artists to our medium. In 2024, we plan to hold a juried online exhibition on the EGNE website while also working toward another Museum exhibition in the near future.
Although we are located in the Northeast, membership is open to all. We currently have more than 300 members in 17 states and abroad. Member benefits are: inclusion in EGNE database, Member Gallery and discounts for exhibition applications.
