Enamel Guild North East, in conjunction with Worcester Center for Crafts presents: Under Fire 2
- The period of the loan shall be for the full duration of the exhibition.
- Worcester Center for Crafts (WCC) will insure the works of art while on WCC premises only.
- Work may be hand delivered or mailed by dates specified. The artist assumes responsibility for the transportation to and from WCC of any objects/works of art covered by this Loan Agreement.
- The artist is responsible for payment of return shipping fees including insurance and will include a shipping label in original shipping package.
- WCC and EGNE, at their sole discretion, retain the right to remove from the exhibition any artwork covered by this Loan Agreement.
- Unless permission is refused in writing, it is understood that WCC and EGNE have the right to photograph and reproduce the works covered by this loan agreement for the purposes of publicity, education, documentation, and exhibition publications.
- WCC will retain 50% of the selling price of work sold through this exhibition. The retail price listed by the artist must include the 50% commission to WCC.
